At Casilé, we take pride in delivering premium-quality pieces designed for everyday luxury. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • in original condition

  • with all original tags and packaging

To request a return, please contact us at hello@shopcasile.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • worn items

  • washed items

  • damaged items caused by misuse

  • final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
